Jan joined Kay Elliott in 2007 and is one of the designers responsible for developing and delivering added value through creative strategies. He has a BA (Hons) in Product Design from Central St. Martin's and an MA in Urban Design from UWE.
Before joining Kay Elliott he led a team at an award winning multi-disciplinary consultancy working with many of the worlds leading brands, most notably Coca-Cola, Nokia, Virgin Atlantic, & Bloomberg. Here he was responsible for delivering commercial, retail, product and architectural design solutions internationally.
At Kay Elliott, Jan works principally on urban design, residential and mixed –use masterplanning and public realm projects. His recent dissertation on Shared Space challenges conventional thinking on the impact of roads & the segregation of pedestrians and vehicles.
Jan’s strengths are in developing creative strategies and masterplans for sensitive, challenging sites, delivering capital value for clients and his attention to detail.
