INTRODUCTION

Paul is a chartered Architect with over 15 years of practice experience.
He was an associate of Stock Woolstencroft where he worked for 10 years on a variety of residential and mixed-use commissions. As an Architect with extensive experience on large public sector and education projects and having a broad range of technical knowledge, he has always been primarily involved in scheme execution, leading prestigious projects from the design stage to the final handover of the building.

SKILLS AND MEMBERSHIPS

He joined Kay Elliott in September 2012 and has been working on a large-scale mixed-use hotel and residential scheme being built in Bournemouth and two new proposed hotels in Torquay before moving onto Chessington World of Adventure – New Hotel.

Paul’s specialisms include mixed-use residential, Hotel Design, Student accommodation, Educational establishments and projects, Magistrate’s Courthouse and large-scale public sector schemes.

Paul’s residential experience includes the award-winning Phase One of New River Village in Hornsey, North London. The 18-storey, 249-unit Icona Tower scheme in Stratford overlooking the Olympic Park, and the “Weave” student accommodation project in North London.

Paul has a particular interest in and has lectured on, façade design, which he brings to the forefront of the design process.
