INTRODUCTION
John is a chartered Architect with over 20 years of practice experience. He joined Kay Elliott in June2014 and has since been involved with a number of projects, including a large scale hotel and residential scheme in Torquay, a luxury hotel and spa in Salcombe, the new proposals for Bath rugby stadium and several visitor attraction projects.

SKILLS AND MEMBERSHIPS
Specialising in the hospitality and leisure sectors, John also has further experience in student accommodation, educational, and church buildings.
John’s experience in the attractions sector ranges from the proposed replanning of Paignton Zoo to accommodate a multi-species savannah exhibit to attractions within the Grade II* listed County Hall in London.
John’s strengths are in project delivery & collaboration, co-ordinating projects from early design stages through construction to final handover, and in drawing on his extensive technical knowledge to develop solutions for complex design challenges.
